Dealing with Conflict Minerals
Some minerals produced in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and surrounding countries are believed to be funding armed groups and anti-government organizations, contributing to the escalation of conflict, serious human rights violations, child labor, forced labor, and environmental destruction. Minerals such as tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, cobalt, and mica mined in these regions may serve as sources of funding for such groups.
At Tekscend Photomask Corp.we are committed to not using conflict minerals associated with these groups in the components and materials used in our products. We conduct our efforts in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance.
Through collaboration with our business partners, we strive to ensure transparency throughout our supply chain and promote initiatives that prevent funding of armed groups in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
